Pro Tips
- The secret to a world-class halo-halo is ultra-fine snow-like shaved ice, not crunchy ice cubes!
- Mix everything thoroughly with a long spoon before eating so every spoonful gets a bite of ice, milk, and ube.
Variations
- Dairy-Free Halo-Halo: Use sweetened condensed coconut milk and coconut-milk-based ube ice cream.
